Built to withstand coastal weather while maintaining that breezy West Coast vibe. Elevated foundation for storm surges, corrosion-resistant materials, and views that never get old - watching winter storms from inside is pretty epic.

Community consultation led this entire design - locals wanted native plantings, accessible pathways, and spots for gathering. We delivered all that plus rain gardens that handle stormwater naturally. Kids love the boulders for climbing.
