Recent Highlight

The Gastown Heritage Project

One of our favorite recent projects was this 1912 warehouse conversion in Gastown. The building was basically falling apart, but the bones were incredible. Took us 18 months, but we managed to keep the original brick, restore the timber beams, and turn it into modern loft spaces. The owner actually teared up at the final walkthrough.
